Delivery

Once order has been paid for, it leaves our offices the next day by 12pm daily. Delivery can take up to 7 Working Days within South African borders.

Overnight Delivery

Our standard delivery option is overnight which, as stated above can take up to 7 working days out of Gauteng.

Pricing & Structure

Delivery Charges:

Flat Rate: A flat delivery rate of R165 applies to all orders below R750.

Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery on all orders totaling R750 or more.

Please Note:
Delivery charges are calculated based on the total value of your order at checkout.
Ensure that your order meets the free delivery threshold to avoid additional charges.

Once proof of payment has been received from the bank (Please note we need the proof of payment email to come directly from the bank in order to clear the goods) your goods will be dispatched for delivery, should we not receive the proof of payment we will need to wait for payment to clear into our account.

Pre-Order items should not be paid until payment is requested, should you pay before the time your payment will be held until the stock arrives and then dispatched unless otherwise arranged Please note if proof of payments are received later than 12:00 daily the goods will only be dispatched the next day. Collections are not available unless previously arranged in writing with the Head office and distribution. Please note that due to a number of fraudulent proof of payments no orders will be dispatched until the money has cleared into our account.

Returns & Exchanges

The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 7 working days of delivery confirming via email if the Goods are damaged, broken or do not work. If you receive the wrong goods, please do not open them. Inform us immediately. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.

Due to the nature of this site and Sale, We will not be accepting returns or refunds of goods unless they arrive damaged or broken.

Our website is aimed at customers who have already purchased and experienced the products, either its use in the case of skincare, or smell in terms of perfume, or colour in terms of make-up. If you have ordered the wrong product, then you can still return for a full refund but please note that items must be unopened and unused.

Important Note For Fragrances:

Please check your fragrance orders carefully, as fragrances CANNOT be returned under any circumstances due to local and international aviation restrictions.

*We reserve the right to cancel orders if we deem the “buyer” to be re-selling items and/or diverting sales to non-retail environments.
